This diary was prompted by a conversation I had with my wife when some talking head reiteraated the "Clinton double digit win" story again this morning. When I said that was not true, my wife responded "she did win by ten per cent". I figured I'd check it out. On Tuesday my recollection was that the margin was somewhere between 9 and 10 per cent. Checking both the official Pennsylvania website and CNN revealed a fascinating anomaly. An anomaly that CNN needs to explain. More below.
Check out the official numbers at Pennsylvania here:

It clearly shows that the margin of victory was 9.2 per cent. The vote is also at 99.99 per cent counted with one district missing. If you check the Philly county count that seems to be the missing county (which is significant).
Check out the CNN numbers:

There are twenty-four thousand more votes counted and a rounded ten per cent victory for Hillary Clinton. Where did these votes come from and would one uncounted district on the official state website account for twenty four thousand votes that give Hillary a ten point margin? Especially if these votes come from the Philly area? And how would CNN have the ability to count more votes than the actual state of Pennsylvania website? Doesn't sound kosher to me. Don't have the time to go through CNN and the state's website in detail but somebody's numbers are statistically incorrect, in a significant way.
